Possible tax benefits

MMM is a non-profit association under French Law (loi 1901). It is also established as Belgian and Swiss associations.

If your fiscal residence is France, you can benefit from a deduction on your income tax equal to 66% of the donation amount (capped at 20% of the taxable income – or 0.5% for a corporation).

In other words, when you donate 100€ it actually only costs you 34€.

If your fiscal residence is in Belgium, you can benefit from tax deduction only if you make your donation to MMM through the Fondation Roi Baudouin (FRB).

To benefit, donations must be done either:

  • by credit card on the MMM page of the FRBs website
  • by bank transfer to the FRB’s account with the structure code below:
    Account holder: Fondation Roi Baudouin
    IBAN: BE10 0000 0000 0404
    BIC – SWIFT: GEBABEBB
    Structured code: +++ 623/3917/70076 +++

If your fiscal residence is Switzerland, your donation can be deducted from your taxable income.

In this case donations must be done in CHF either:

  • by bank transfer to our UBS account:
    Account holder: Make Mothers Matter UN Geneva
    IBAN: CH46 0021 5215 1200 08M1 C
