MMM is a non-profit association under French Law (loi 1901). It is also established as Belgian and Swiss associations.
If your fiscal residence is France, you can benefit from a deduction on your income tax equal to 66% of the donation amount (capped at 20% of the taxable income – or 0.5% for a corporation).
In other words, when you donate 100€ it actually only costs you 34€.
If your fiscal residence is in Belgium, you can benefit from tax deduction only if you make your donation to MMM through the Fondation Roi Baudouin (FRB).
To benefit, donations must be done either:
If your fiscal residence is Switzerland, your donation can be deducted from your taxable income.
In this case donations must be done in CHF either:
by credit card or TWINT via SwissDonation
