Since 27th October 2016, the European delegation of Make Mothers Matter is a member of the European Social Platform.
Created in 1995, the European Social Plaform is the largest network of European civil society organisations active in the social sector, currently consisting of 48 members representing more than 11,600 national organisations from the EU Member States. Its mission is to put in place legislation that contributes to social progress for all, in the spirit of the defence of human rights.The European Social Platform fights for a socially just Europe that promotes equality, diversity, solidarity, democracy and human dignity.The issues it works on can be divided into six categories:
